December 18, 2020 – Birthday
Welcome Angels!
I want to introduce Bosley, Jill, Kelly and Sabrina! Bosley wears blue and is a piece of work. He kept trying to climb out of the warming box on the way home and is always on the move! Jill is also pretty active, but it could just be that there is a lot of room to move around. Kelly loves to nurse and is often found looking for a new place to find milk when she empties the first teat, just like Bosley! And Last but not least Sabrina is always looking for someone to cuddle up next to! I sometimes find her nestled up in Kimber’s neck to keep warm. Here’s the puppy’s perspective on their first day!
Hey Everyone! Kelly, Jill and Sabrina here:
Today is the day that all of you have been waiting for! We decided that we would make our first appearance out into the great big world! Momma Kimb had Dr. Harr lend a helping hand by performing a cesarean section. We were born between 10:30 AM and 12:00 pm, and we know that Bosley was first because he’s the only boy, but after that…Dr. Harr didn’t mention the order of the us girls to the humans! Some of us were a bit green due to some meconium, which is completely normal, but we will be a tad stained for a few days… so don’t be alarmed when some of us appear in pictures dressed up as the Hulk or Green Lantern! We can all be superheroes when we want to be!
We are all doing great! Our humans took us and Momma Kimber home. It was our first car ride, but we all did awesome! Mom was close by to show us the ropes of taking a nap on the way home. When we got home she couldn’t wait to nurse us! I don’t know who was happier, us…or her! She was also a kissing machine and makes sure that we are all fed, warm and clean!
Not much will change in the next few days, as we will take some time to settle into our new normal… or at least that’s what the humans say. It’s all normal to us because we don’t know any different!
Since we won’t do much other than
eat…sleep…pee…poop…repeat
here are some pictures of our first day!

The humans want us to remind you that you can click on the pictures to make them bigger and like and comment on them if you like too!

Good Evening Angels!
The puppy’s are doing well and Kimber is a bit more relaxed about the other dogs being in the room. They are all being respectful of her space, but I’m not sure if our youngest (Wesson from the Jasper – Kimber litter) understands what is going on just yet. We are working on settling down in the same room as Kimber and the puppies, but Tripp (Biscotti from the Brady – Kimber litter) and Wesson like to watch puppy TV from outside of Kimber’s gated off area. Brady would rather take a nap than worry about those silly puppies.
How’s everyone doing! Sabrina here:
Just like the humans keep saying, not much is really changing. I find that somewhat perplexing, because I feel like I am growing every second so something must be changing! This is our set up!

Ohhh! Did I mention that I got to go on TWO field trips today! That sure was fun. Around 6 PM, One of the humans came and took me out of the warm box with mom and my siblings and brought me all the way across the room and set me into a plastic …and then expected me to be still for long enough to be able to read the little number! Anyway, they say that I gained .6 oz. in one day and I passed the test. Apparently I had a tied score with my two sisters as they also gained .6 oz. Bosley was the big winner because he gained a little more than an ounce! They say that we are growing like weeds and that every time that we sleep we grow. Could that be true?? Anyways, this is me and Bosley on our field trip yesterday.
My second field trip was very short and only lasted about 30 seconds. I got to meet my big brothers Tripp and Wesson. Tripp said “Oh, I know what you are. I watched this one over here grow up to be my best friend and favorite play mate! I can’t wait until you are big enough to play.” Wesson on the other hand was trying to figure out what I was. My mom watched the whole time to make sure that everything was ok, but she knew that I was in good hands! When I got back into the box with my siblings and Mom, I got lots of kisses and she said that she missed me while I was gone. Good thing that didn’t last too long because I got all wet!
Do you believe that they even made us stay still to take newborn headshots!
I did get to meet a new human besides the four that live in the house with us. Mom was telling us a bedtime story before one of our naps and she said that Baba Gerry usually comes over on the weekends since all of the humans have been quarentining the same way. Mom said that it was ok for her to be here because she is comfortable with her since she has known her since she came to live in the house with the humans.
Here are the pictures of us today!
P.S. I haven’t picked my favorite sibling yet. But keeping tabs on everyone!
Kindly,
Sabrina

Hello Angels!
Not many new things happened today. Kimber has settled into her new normal for the next few weeks and the other three big dogs are also pretty content with having more down time now that the puppies are here as well!
Hey everybody! Bosley here:
Today we had another new visitor, Piper, who mom is also very comfortable with! She didn’t mind her being here too much and then was happy to show us off! We all got to go on another field trip today and the humans made us sit inside of the plastic dish…again. We are all growing leaps and bounds!
Mom is starting to spend some time away from us, but don’t let her fool ya…she still sleeps with us plenty thorough out the day!
Sometime she tries to have staring contests with us but we always win! She keeps tabs on everyone!

Sabrina and I had been looking for there perfect place to take a nap. Once we found it we decided to race to see who would get there first! It was a tie…but we both won because it was warm and comfy, plus mom didn’t mind us hanging out there either!

It also seems like every time I turn around, there humans are taking my picture. I think it’s because im just so handsome that they cant resist me!
Jill snuck away to nurse with out telling us, so we just kept enjoying our sleep time.

The humans keep telling us that tomorrow and the days will be super exciting! We get to start Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and our nails will need to be trimmed for the first time too!
I also wanted to add that the little white box that is in some of our pictures is a thermometer. Mom and the humans say that it has to be there so that they know how close to put the heat lamp.
Best,
Bosley

Goog Morning Angels!
Ok! There is a very important assignment today that even Bosley will need to play a part in. You are going to have to complete the first round of ENS today! It should be executed by midnight tonight! Good Luck!
Assignment Accepted! Kelly here:
We have done a lot today! First we woke up this morning and met with the humans who gave us our very first assignment! Bosley was needed to help as it is super important that we perform it properly. ENS helps to improve cardio vascular performance (heart rate), stronger heart beats, stronger adrenal glands, more tolerance to stress, and greater resistance to disease.
The five exercises are as follows. The duration of each of the five exercises is 5-10 seconds and done on day 3 – 16, so this assignment will be a longer one.
1. Tactical stimulation (between toes) Holding the pup in one hand, the handler gently stimulates (tickles) the pup between the toes on any one foot using a Q-tip. It is not necessary to see that the pup is feeling the tickle. Also pinching the toes and paws gently.Time of stimulation 5-10 seconds |
2. Head held erect Using both hands, the pup is held perpendicular to the ground, (straight up), so that its head is directly above its tail. This is in an upwards position. Time of stimulation 5-10 seconds |
3. Head pointed down Holding the pup firmly with both hands the head is reversed and is pointed downward so that it is pointing towards the ground. Time of stimulation 5-10 seconds |
4. Supine position Hold the pup so that its back is resting in the palm of both hands with its muzzle facing the ceiling. The pup while on its back is allowed to struggle. While also rubbing all parts of the pups body with your fingers. Time of stimulation 5-10 seconds |
5. Thermal stimulation Use a damp towel that has been cooled in a refrigerator for at least five minutes. Place the pup on the towel, feet down. Do not restrain it from moving. Time of stimulation 5-10 seconds |
I like to think that I was an angel (no pun intended), but the humans seemed to think that I was the most wiggly. They implied that it was what they expected for my first time. I think we all did pretty well with the first session of our very first assignment. Here are some pictures of our first session from today! Of course Mom was there to monitor everything!
We were given a side mission to have our nails done for the first time too! Now this one I didn’t have an issue with because mom said that if the humans didn’t do it soon, then we would scratch her tummy. We all did amazing! Here I am having my very first nail trim!

Here we are napping after one of our many meals today! When you see us twitch like Jill and I are here, that is perfectly normal. Those cute little twitches are called involuntary muscle spasms. They are similar to how the human body reacts to being on bed rest for a while.
Watch out Jill! When mom moves when were nursing you better hold on!
As always, here are some other candid shots from today!
Best Wishes,
Kelly

Good Day Angels!
We didn’t have any new assignments today other than continuing on with ENS and our daily weights. Everyone is doing well and the statement “They are gaining weight nicely.” would be an understatement!
Hi! Jill here:
Just like the humans said, there won’t be any new missions or assignments until we are either almost done or completely don’t with ENS. They said that we should focus on one thing at a time. Since we don’t do much at this point other than crawl around grow, there isn’t much to write about.
Big Brother Tripp has been teaching Big Brother Wesson how to watch and learn all about us. Mom doesn’t mind to have babysitters anyways. That’s what big brothers are for…right?
Tripp Wesson Tripp
Bosley was the first to make it up on to Mom’s shoulder, but the humans said that they also saw Kelly up there today too!
Sabrina and I won’t be too far behind!

Alrighty Angels!
There isn’t anything special planned for today other than getting your nails touched by a nail file as our start for Dremel tool truing for nail trims. Other than that you will need to keep on track with your ENS assignment!
What’s up? Sabrina & Jill here:
Do you believe that we are all gaining 3-4 ounces a day? The humans say that we are all super healthy and above average in our weight range! …And our spots are staring to come too! If you look really close you can just see some of them starting to appear in our fur.
Both of us were the lucky ones and got to take field trips today! Here I am (Sabrina) in one of the human’s hoodie pockets. It was nice! I got to take a small nap in there and see some more of the kitchen!

Our big brothers Tripp and Wesson were allowed by the humans and Mom to take a step in to see us.
Tripp Wesson Wesson
Other than that, we didn’t do much today, so enjoy some of our favorite sleeping positions!

December 24, 2020 – Day 6
So, Angels!
We are very excited that 3/4 of your final scores for gaining weight are in. Bosley, Kelly and Sabrina have all doubled their birth weights on day 6 and I suspect that Jill will double hers tomorrow during our usual weigh-in time. Average time frame for doubling their brith weight is around day 10, so this is beyond amazing!
Well… Bosley here:
We didn’t do anything super fun today and no one got to go on any special field trips…but we do get to roll Mom’s pink nursing pillow around when it’s in our way. The humans didn’t get a video of it yet, but they said that they will start watching closer so that they can try!
Big Brother Wesson was promoted to being our Head Babysitter this evening and was even designated his very own office (AKA the gated area just outside of the whelping box in the gated area)!
I have to admit that I am a little jealous of Sabrina…she got to be in her own personal video of her! Don’t worry though… I asked around and Jill, Kelly, and I also got scratches later in the day!
This is a good one of our spots starting to come in more and more every day!

There weren’t many pictures today, but these are nice ones of Sabrina and Jill cuddling with one of the humans.
Good Night,
Bosley
December 25, 2020 – Day 7
Guten Tag Engels!
We are beginning to see your spots come in more and more every day. We started to see Jill’s spots first, but the others weren’t too far behind. Bosley seems to have a more dense coat, so that may be why we haven’t seen his spots as much as the others.
How’s it going? Kelly here:
Well…the humans made us pose again for the camera. I put up my best fight, but in the end I ended up falling asleep for long enough for them to take my picture. I guess that I shouldn’t complain too much because the other puppies also had their pictures taken.
Other than that, we didn’t do much other than roll around. Bosley seems to think that he is training for some type of race because he does hot laps around the pig rails.
Oh… the humans also wanted me to let everyone know that Jill has also doubled her birth weight, as expected, which is awesome! We are growing so fast they they had to put the leg extenders onto the pig rails so that they are taller. Not naming any names, but Mr. Blue and Miss Yellow may have gotten themselves stuck a few times.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen,
Kelly
