Since it it much too cold to go outside with the puppies, we decided to bring the outdoors in. I took a sheet pan right off of the patio, and let some snow collect before bringing it in for the puppies to explore. They thought that it was a bit cold at first, but then realizes that it was fun to eat the very bland snow cone!
Everyone was happy to give the snow a try, with their paws and with their mouths, but the girls are the only ones who happened to be in my photos.
Tipsy has significantly cut down on her nursing. She is down to about once a day in the evening before we head to bed for the night. Nursing sessions typically take just a few minutes these days. It is always interesting to us to see how different mothers like to nurse when their pups are older and on the cusp of being completely weaned. Kimber was often the type to lay down with occasionally sitting, while Tipsy likes to stand.
